The person you meet does the work
No handoff to a junior team after the pitch meeting.

I've spent my career on both sides of PR: in-house, running communications for technology companies, and agency-side, launching startups and getting them covered. Glitch is the senior, hands-on version of an agency, without the layers.
My work sits where technology gets complicated. I've supported four AI companies through to exits and placed stories in national business press with a combined audience of more than a billion people. I also know hardware. Today I'm also VP of Communications at a hardware company building tools for frontline teams, so factory floors and job sites are familiar ground.
AI changed how buyers find companies, so it changed my work. Earned media now does two jobs: it persuades the people who read it, and it teaches AI engines what to say about you. I run PR and AI search visibility together because they're the same problem.
I keep a short client list and do the work myself.
